FAQ - About

How does the subscription work?

Our subscription service delivers 6 multigrain loaves of bread direct to your door on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

I would like to order a selection of bread to be delivered, is this possible?

Unfortunately not, currently multigrain sourdough is the only product available on subscription however we are looking to expand our range early 2025.

How much does each box cost?

Each loaf costs $7.99 for 6 packed into a subscription box is $47.94 plus an overnight delivery fee which is linked directly to your postal code.

How will my bread arrive?

Each loaf is placed in a plastic bag and sealed for freshness then securely packaged into a labelled box so it’s clearly visible once delivered.

To save on delivery charges, can I add more than 6 multigrain loaves into 1 box?

No, our delivery boxes are designed for 6 loaves only, if you would like to order more, you would need to order another box of 6 loaves. Unfortunately shipping cannot be combined.

Can multigrain sourdough be frozen in its packaging?

Yes, bread will be sealed and packaged to go directly into your freezer.

What is the shelf life on the multigrain sourdough?

4 days. Your bread will arrive sliced,  to keep it fresher for longer we recommend if
not intending to consume within the 4 day timeframe, it is frozen on the day
it’s delivered.

FAQ - Managing your Subscription

How do I place an order?

You will need to first open a subscription account, click on the ‘sign me up’ tab on our home screen and you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll be guided through the process.

What subscription frequency are you offering?

We dispatch on Tuesday and Thursday on either fortnightly or monthly cycles. You will be given an option to select what option suits you best when ordering.

Can I place a ‘one-off’ order or change how often I want a delivery?

Yes, just sign up and select when you would like to receive your order from the available fortnightly or monthly cycles or ‘one off’ purchase. Once processed, you can pause your future deliveries for as long
or as little as you like.

Orders must be in by 10.00am the day prior to scheduled dispatch days (Tuesday & Thursday) - eg orders in by 10.00am Monday and Wednesdays

Is there a minimum subscription timeframe that I need to sign up for?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Only orders that are being processed and confirmed (2 days prior to next scheduled dispatch day) will be charged and dispatched as normal.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be instant, secured and processed directly through our website.

How can I update my details?

Just login to your account and update your information and preferences.

FAQ - Delivery

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

The courier will ensure your bread is delivered to
your door, even if you are not at home. Bread is classed as perishable goods so
it is not possible to collect direct from your local courier depot. When
completing your order, you are advised to add any specific delivery
instructions the courier will need to be aware of.

Can I send a subscription box to another address or to a workplace?

Yes absolutely, just state where you would like it sent and we can direct it there.

Who your delivery partner?

New Zealand Couriers (NZC) are our trusted carrier.

Am I able to track where my delivery is?

Absolutely, our delivery partner will send you a tracking code and update you throughout your bread’s journey. You will also receive a confirmation email once it’s safety arrived at its destination.
